- Comprehensive Marketing Analysis to know property is properly priced
- Complete title work completed by local title company
- A pre-inspection performed by licensed home inspector. This inspection does not take the place of a buyers inspection but is meant to provide additional information that may be of interest to the potential purchaser
- A Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan to be provided at closing
